Good day! After a rather serious topic of cancer yesterday, today we move on to a couple of things which are a little less heavy.
Have you ever tried using aromatherapy and essential oils? These plant oils have a wide range of health benefits and positive effects. For example, they can help to ward off viruses, increase energy levels, lift moods, promote sleep, as well as help alleviate certain problematic health ailments. If you have been to rooms which are filled with the fragrance and healing properties of some of these oils, you will probably know what I mean. If you suffer from insomnia, you could utilize something in your bedroom, or if you need to perk up at work, you could use something in your office, too. How about hypnotherapy? Ever tried it? I haven't. Do you think that this is a therapy which makes you all weak, drowsy and "out of your mind", so to speak? On the contrary, apparently; it seems that hypnotherapy is supposed to make us more focused, so that the need to overcome a problem or addiction can be programmed into our subconscious.
