Are you having a good weekend? I certainly hope so. Today, we bring to you a number of articles on several holistic remedies or therapies. While you are not going to find out everything about these therapies, you will at least be able to learn a little about specific aspects of them. We have covered Ayurveda, the Indian healing system which is said to be oldest medical system in practice today; meditation, which is becoming an increasingly useful tool in the hectic modern world today, where more and more people are hit by chronic stress and depression; acupressure, which I'm finding out has great usefulness, at the very least for temporarily alleviating bodily discomforts and issues; and Pilates, which is a specific form of exercise founded many years ago by a man named Joseph Pilates.
