Fish, seafood, turkey, and chicken are all good meat products that will not cause your stomach any or much harm. Olive oil is not only a good fat when used in moderation, but it is also pretty healthy for you. Try to substitute vegetable oil for olive oil when you can. Safflower oil is another oil that can be used, too. The recommended amount is 2 to 4 servings per day. A serving is one teaspoon.
